This course is for anyone who has been mandated by the court to take a Domestic Violence class. It discusses the impacts of Domestic Violence / Intimate Partner Violence.
The Domestic Violence Class, is for anyone court-ordered to take a Domestic Violence class. It is designed for any charge related to domestic assault, assault and battery, or any form of domestic or intimate partner violence. The class is appropriate to meet a condition of deferred adjudication probation, memorandum of agreement, deferred disposition or pretrial diversion. It is comprehensive, educational and presented in a nonjudgemental way that provides the insights and skills to prevent future domestic abuse. It is designed to meet court requirements and is accepted in courts nationwide. The class is designed to take 8 hours. The fee is $100, payable online by credit card, debit card, or preloaded cash card. You may pay for the course through a secure transaction on the AJRS website processed by Stripe or PayPal ( if you have a PayPal account ). You will receive your certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course.
